Our policy is simple: Brag about Baby respects your privacy and never sells or rents your information to any third party. We have taken great measures to ensure the safety of your credit card use. Brag about Baby uses Nova Information System - a secure credit card processor to expedite all credit card orders.

Shipping Info:
Flat Rate Shipping $6.95 Priority Mail

General Information:
All purchases are shipped from Florida via USPS Priority Mail. Packages are delivered in an average of 2-3 days after the order is fulfilled to any destination within the US. Please note our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays and we can not guarantee delivery times.

Order Fulfillment:
We process Onesie Set orders, Burpie orders or Bib orders within 3-5 business days, Dress orders within 5-7 business days and T's and Pants orders within 5-7 business days. This is because our clothing is individually made in small batches with the utmost care and attention paid to detail. To calculate when you will receive your order, you need to consider the processing time as well as the shipping time.

Address Corrections:
We are not responsible for delivery delays based on incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please be sure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout. You will be charged a $10.00 reship fee if your package is sent back to Brag about Baby based on an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect shipping address that has been confirmed as delivered by the USPS.

Global Shipping:
We regret that we are unable to accept or ship international orders at this time.

The Brag about Baby Store accepts: Visa and MasterCard at this time.

To Use Your Credit Card:
On the order entry form, enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card. Then fill out your credit card billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. We need this information to take your order and validate your credit card, but will charge your card only when the product is shipped (within 5 business days of order placement, this is processing time and is not an indication of ship time) - processing time does not include holidays. Please include your daytime phone number in case we need to speak with you about your order.

Return Policy:
We design Brag about Baby products with the highest quality and standards in mind. We feel the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to return an item based on the guidelines below, we will be happy to help.

Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days from ship date for any of the reasons:

• Damaged Product
• Flawed Product
• Incorrect Product

Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please contact Brag about Baby by email info@bragaboutbaby.com notifying us that you are returning a product and include the reason why you are returning the product. All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging to be eligible for returns. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.

NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is able to be tracked (UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation). The shipping method you choose will be at your expense. We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked.

As all 100% cotton garments will shrink, sizing can be confusing to the consumer. Brag about Baby addresses this issue by sizing our garments to be true to size after normal washing procedures, making them appear slightly oversized before washing.
